Thanks to everyone who joined us last night to put together welcome baskets for @shc_charlotte!!

The Meck Dems collected supplies over the last few weeks for people transitioning away from homelessness and got together with County Commissioner Townsend-Ingram @bizdoc777 to get everything put together.

As the highest levels of our government are pulling support away from those in need it’s more important now than ever for us to step up and help our neighbors, so you can expect to see more events like this from Meck Dems going forward.
